When you look at the world through the lens of peace as shalom … rather than the lenses that the world tends to view peace through (lack of conflict, quietness, etc.), you begin to see the way that peace, as a fruit of the Spirit, nourishes the soul when it does the work of bringing wholeness.  Of completing the work in us that God always has on His heart.
